Face Yoga

Exercising your face is just as important as exercising your body.


We have more than 55 muscles in our face, many of which we never use and therefore atrophy causing sagging, puffiness and wrinkles, among others.

Gua Sha

The Gua Sha Ritual is based on traditional Chinese medicine, lymphatic drainage and myofascial release massage techniques to activate the body's natural systems and enjoy a healthy and luminous skin.

Read more The facial Gua Sha is a branch of this medicine and is performed in a much more gentle and relaxing way than the traditional way (which is quite vigorous).  A flat tool with soft edges, usually made of Jade or other crystals with different properties, is used to perform specific movements on the chest, shoulders, neck and face, following the meridians of the face and the channels of the lymphatic system. These movements help activate blood flow, tissue oxygenation and the elimination of waste and toxins, resulting in uniform and luminous skin, rejuvenated from the inside out.
