In this 1,5 hours virtual class (via zoom) you will learn the step by step of the Gua Sha ritual to create a self-care routine in the comfort of your home with effective and lasting results. This workshop is ideal if you are a beginner or if you already have a Gua Sha routine and want to deepen your knowledge and perfect your technique.
The Gua Sha Ritual is based on traditional Chinese medicine, lymphatic drainage and myofascial release massages techniques to activate the body's natural systems and enjoy a healthy and glowing skin.
